At FITCAMX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, sellable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
